Q: Why doesn't my Wii Remote stay in the Wall Clip?
A: After you installed the clips did you fit the clip to your remote? If so, here are some things to consider:
- The bumpers should be positioned to grip the sides of the remote.
- We recommend inserting the remote so the "home" button is at the same level as the bumpers as shown here. Too high and it is a bit top heavy, too low and the bumpers have less surface area to grab on to.
- Sweat on the controller isn't a problem, but grease is. If people are playing while eating french fries, chili dogs, bacon, deep fried shrimp, etc., they'll need to wipe the controller down before they attempt to put it back in the clip.
- Do not twist to remove the remote from the clip. Twisting will tend to bend the legs out of position. Just pull straight out as demonstrated in the using guide. If you have to twist to remove your controller, the grip is set too tight. Stretch the bumpers apart so you can just pull it straight out
